SPC were commissioned by JS Sports Fashion, parent company of Bank Fashion,
to undertake Project Management & Quantity Surveying of the fit out of this new retail unit.

Working along side the design team, the scheme was to develop into a new concept
for Bank and produced the more vibrant concept that can be seen in the store.

The tendering scheme executed under the JCT Intermediate Contract 2005 was
delivered within programme and on budget, the O&M information was issued at PC
and the snagging and final account was resolved within a week of handover.
